After completing his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bhavnagar University in Gujarat, Dharmendrakumar moved to Australia to pursue his Master’s at Deakin University. Like many international students, he experienced the challenges of settling in a new country – understanding visa rules, adjusting to a new culture and planning a future abroad. It was during this time that he recognised a gap: many students and migrants needed honest, professional and reliable guidance to navigate these processes.
This realisation became the foundation of what is now known as Aussizz Group, established in 2009. Starting with only a few team members and limited resources, Dharmendrakumar built the company on principles of trust, transparency and genuine care for clients. He also became a Registered Migration Agent, ensuring that his advice met the highest professional standards.
Under his leadership, Aussizz Group has grown from a small office to a global organisation with 75+ registered migration agents and branches across Australia, India, Dubai, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. The company has helped over 200,000 clients achieve their dreams of studying, working and settling abroad. Its reputation for excellence and ethical service has made it a respected name in the industry.
Dharmendrakumar’s leadership philosophy is built on a simple belief – when the company grows, its people grow too. He values collaboration and community, always encouraging his team to lead with integrity and compassion. He often says that true leadership is about empowering others to succeed.
One experience that stayed close to his heart happened during a drive to Adelaide for an education event. He stopped at a small roadside service station where he met a young Indian man working behind the counter. During their conversation, the man mentioned that his visa had been processed by Aussizz Group – unaware that he was speaking to its founder. The young man’s gratitude and excitement reminded Dharmendrakumar of the far-reaching impact of his work – touching lives even in the most unexpected places.
