A defining moment in Meenakshi’s leadership journey came 15 years ago when she moved to Australia. She had no family apart from her husband, few friends and no clear career path. It was a completely new beginning. During that time, she received incredible support from people both personally and professionally. That experience strengthened her belief that real leadership is about lifting others, just as she was lifted when she needed it most.
Meenakshi leads with the values of integrity, empathy and accountability. Her leadership style is collaborative and empowering. She believes in working together, valuing everyone’s input and helping others find their strengths.
One of her toughest decisions was leaving a secure corporate career to become an entrepreneur. She wanted to bring executive-level finance expertise to small and medium businesses in Australia. These businesses are the backbone of the economy but often lack access to this kind of support. It took courage and trust in her vision to take this step. Through advocacy and education, she has helped many SME’s understand the value of financial expertise and supported their growth.
In times of uncertainty, Meenakshi stays focused on purpose, communicates openly and draws strength from experience, her trusted network and her belief that challenges bring opportunities to learn and grow. She has led across cultures and generations by listening, respecting differences and creating inclusive spaces where everyone has a voice.
